Tartine aux Quetsches et Bleu des Causses, gratinée au Miel

Après ma Tartine Victoria: Chèvre, Raisins Victoria et Sirop d'Agave, voici une recette dans le même style mais encore plus forte en goût. J'ai voulu associer la douceur de la quetsche à un fromage au goût inimitable, le Bleu des Causses. Arrosée d'un peu de miel et passée au four, cette tartine fait un malheur accompagnée de roquette.
En apéritif, entrée ou plat complet, pensez aux tartines et laissez parler votre imagination!

Tartine aux Quetsches et Bleu des Causses, gratinée au Miel

Ingrédients pour 2 tartines:
- 6 quetsches mûres à point
- 1 petit morceau de bleu des causses
- miel d'acacia (c'est le plus doux)
- 2 tranches de pain de campagne
- poivre du moulin

Mettre le fromage à température ambiante une heure avant pour qu'il soir plus facilement tartinable.
Tartiner le pain de fromage. Laver les quetsches et leur ôter le noyau. Les couper en 2 et les disposer sur les tartines Arroser de miel. Enfourner à 200° sur la grille du four. Pour éviter que les tartines coulent dans le four, mettre une plaquette sous la grille. Les tartines sont prêtent lorsque le fromage est fondu. Assaisonner avec un tour de moulin à poivre. Servir aussitôt.

Pour accompagner les tartines: Un Rasteau (Vallée du Rhône) ou un Côteau du Languedoc rouge (Languedoc Roussillon)
